Keep the client, event details, selected template/animation, approval status, final files and production checklist together in one place — from request to event-ready files.

Smart request routing: BoothCustomization requests auto-attach when an exact Booking ID/reference or a unique client email matches one active Event Project. If there is no safe match — or the same email matches more than one active project — the request stays in the Incoming Requests inbox for you to choose.
Automatic working copies: Open an attached request with Edit in MMC, customize it, and Publish normally. MyMirrorClub links the new My Workspace project back to this request automatically. The next button becomes Continue Editing so you return to the customized copy instead of importing the library master again.
Smart Production Checklist: Every attached template or animation becomes its own production task. Publish the customized working copy and that design is marked Ready automatically; items that were never requested are not counted against progress.
Client Proof & Approval: When all requested designs are Ready, create one private proof link for the client. They can approve each customized template/animation or request changes, and the Hub updates the project automatically.

✓ Client proof link created. Copy it and send it to your client.
The proof page is private/unlisted and does not require a MyMirrorClub login. Revoking it immediately disables the old link. Re-publishing a changed design keeps the same proof link and sends that design back to Awaiting Approval.

Optional — this does not affect Production Hub progress or Event Ready status. It does not create or charge for a gallery; it simply connects an existing Event Gallery to this client project.
