1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between My Mirror Club (“My Mirror Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and each person or business that visits, registers, purchases, subscribes to, downloads from, accesses, or uses mymirrorclub.com and related products, tools, templates, animations, galleries, software features, member services, and digital services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Website or Services, creating an account, selecting a membership, clicking an agreement checkbox, signing the membership/payment form, completing a PayPal or other payment, downloading or accessing digital content, or continuing to use the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Website or Services, do not create an account, and do not complete payment.
2. Payments, digital delivery, and no-refund policy
Unless a separate written agreement signed by My Mirror Club states otherwise, payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes, without limitation:
- monthly membership payments;
- yearly membership payments;
- VIP membership payments;
- lifetime membership payments;
- renewal payments;
- setup fees, website fees, hosting-related fees, deposits, and service payments;
- payments for templates, animations, galleries, digital assets, downloads, online tools, or account access;
- payments where the member did not use, forgot to use, changed their mind about, misunderstood, or no longer needs the Services after payment.
By completing payment, you acknowledge that My Mirror Club may begin providing immediate access, activation, delivery, download ability, account upgrades, member tools, or service preparation. You also acknowledge that digital content and service work cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.
Refunds, credits, courtesy adjustments, or account extensions are not promised and may be granted only at the sole discretion of My Mirror Club, in writing. Any exception made once does not create a right to future exceptions.
3. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations
Some Services are offered as recurring subscriptions. If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize recurring billing according to the plan selected at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal if you do not want to be charged again. Cancellation stops future billing only. Cancellation does not create a refund, partial refund, or prorated refund for payments that have already been processed.
If your subscription is handled through PayPal or another payment provider, you may also need to cancel the recurring payment inside that provider’s account tools. Failure to cancel before renewal is not grounds for a refund after the renewal payment is processed.
My Mirror Club may suspend, downgrade, or terminate account access if payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, is charged back, or if the account violates these Terms.
4. PayPal, payment disputes, chargebacks, and evidence
When you complete payment through PayPal or any other payment processor, you agree that these Terms, the checkout notices, the no-refund checkbox, your printed name, your electronic signature, and your payment record form part of the purchase agreement.
If you file or cause a PayPal dispute, card dispute, bank dispute, chargeback, reversal, unauthorized transaction claim, “item not received” claim, “not as described” claim, or similar payment claim after receiving access, activation, download ability, digital delivery, or service work, you agree that My Mirror Club may submit evidence to the payment processor, PayPal, card issuer, bank, collection provider, legal advisor, or other dispute reviewer. Evidence may include:
- your account name, email, user ID, and membership status;
- the date and time you accepted these Terms and the no-refund policy;
- your printed name and electronic signature submitted before payment access was made available;
- your PayPal subscription ID, transaction ID, plan name, amount, and payment date;
- server logs, IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, and access records;
- download, login, editor, gallery, template, animation, AI tool, or member-area activity records;
- messages, support history, order notes, service delivery records, and related correspondence;
- screenshots or copies of these Terms, checkout notices, plan descriptions, and website disclosures.
You agree not to file false, abusive, duplicate, or bad-faith disputes after receiving the Services. Filing a payment claim does not cancel these Terms or erase your acceptance of the no-refund policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, if a payment is reversed after you received access or services, My Mirror Club may suspend the account, revoke access, recover unpaid amounts, recover processor fees or dispute fees, and pursue available remedies.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a payment processor, PayPal, card issuer, bank, court, or regulator from applying its own required rules. These Terms are intended to clearly document the agreement between you and My Mirror Club and to provide the purchase terms and delivery evidence for any review.
5. Digital access, downloads, and service scope
My Mirror Club provides digital access and service-based benefits that may include photo booth templates, animations, start screen designs, virtual booth features, galleries, design tools, editor tools, AI image tools, website-related tools, member resources, and other digital items. The exact Services available may depend on your plan, account status, current site features, and any written offer shown at purchase.
Digital tools, downloads, templates, and online features may change, be improved, be removed, or be replaced over time. My Mirror Club may update plans, pricing, features, limits, storage, software, integrations, or member benefits as needed to operate the business.
Unless expressly stated in writing, My Mirror Club does not guarantee that any Service will produce a specific business result, income amount, booking amount, search engine ranking, sales result, design result, or client reaction.
6. Accounts, membership, and account security
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a membership. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and contact information and for keeping your login information secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, team members, or anyone else who gains access through your credentials. You must notify My Mirror Club promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Memberships, account access, downloadable assets, and digital benefits are personal to the account holder or business account approved by My Mirror Club. You may not sell, share, transfer, resell, sublicense, publish, mass distribute, leak, or give away your login, membership access, templates, animations, downloads, or other protected digital content unless My Mirror Club gives written permission.
7. User content and responsibility
You remain responsible for the photos, graphics, names, logos, text, music, prompts, designs, event information, client information, and other materials you upload, create, publish, or process through the Services (“User Content”). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use your User Content.
You agree not to upload or use content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, privacy-invasive, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate for the Services. My Mirror Club may remove content, suspend tools, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or place the Services, other users, or My Mirror Club at risk.
You grant My Mirror Club the limited permission needed to host, process, store, copy, display, transmit, convert, resize, render, back up, and otherwise use your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services.
8. My Mirror Club intellectual property
The Website, software, templates, animations, graphics, designs, editor tools, code, documentation, branding, logos, layouts, text, images, videos, workflows, member materials, and other My Mirror Club materials are owned by My Mirror Club or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Your membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services according to your active plan and these Terms. You do not receive ownership of My Mirror Club software, source code, systems, templates, animations, or protected member content.
You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, clone, resell, redistribute, publish, repackage, or compete using My Mirror Club’s protected content, software, systems, templates, animations, or member assets except as expressly allowed by your plan or written permission from My Mirror Club.
9. AI tools and generated content
If My Mirror Club provides AI-assisted features, including AI Image Creator or prompt/design tools, you understand that AI output may be imperfect, may require review, may resemble common styles or public concepts, and may not be exclusive to you. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using it commercially.
You may not use AI tools to create illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, exploitative, adult, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or unauthorized likeness/content. My Mirror Club may limit, block, or remove access to AI tools if they are misused or if third-party AI service rules require it.
AI tools may rely on third-party services and may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, changed, or discontinued. My Mirror Club does not guarantee any specific AI result, style, accuracy, uniqueness, copyright status, trademark clearance, or legal suitability of AI-generated content.
10. Availability, backups, and changes
My Mirror Club works to provide useful and reliable Services, but the Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or continuous availability of any third-party integration.
You are responsible for keeping backups of your own files, exports, designs, client assets, project materials, and business records. My Mirror Club may maintain backups for operational purposes, but we do not guarantee that lost, deleted, expired, corrupted, or overwritten content can be recovered.
We may modify, improve, discontinue, limit, suspend, or replace any part of the Services at any time, including features, pricing, storage, templates, animations, third-party integrations, AI tools, and account options.
11. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services such as PayPal, payment processors, email systems, AI providers, hosting providers, social networks, analytics tools, or other external services. My Mirror Club is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, fees, outages, decisions, content, or processing delays.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to those third parties’ own terms, privacy notices, fees, and rules.
12. Suspension and termination
My Mirror Club may refuse service, suspend access, disable features, downgrade access, terminate an account, block an email/IP address, or remove content if we believe an account has violated these Terms, failed to pay, abused the Services, shared protected content, filed a bad-faith payment dispute, created security risk, infringed rights, or harmed My Mirror Club, other users, or third parties.
Suspension or termination for violation of these Terms does not create a refund right for payments already processed.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Mirror Club disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation. No advice or information obtained from My Mirror Club creates a warranty unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by My Mirror Club.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Mirror Club, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, loss of clients, loss of goodwill, loss of expected results, or claims related to third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of My Mirror Club for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of one dollar ($1.00 CAD) or the amount you paid directly to My Mirror Club for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the one (1) month before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Mirror Club from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your account activity, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, your violation of law, or a payment dispute involving Services you accessed or received.
16. Changes to these terms
My Mirror Club may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The updated date will identify the current version. Continued use of the Website or Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. For purchases and disputes, My Mirror Club may rely on the version available at the time of purchase or renewal, together with the checkout notices and acceptance records.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Website and Services are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Canada, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
