Your privacy matters. My Mirror Club uses personal information to provide accounts, memberships, digital access, templates, animations, galleries, support, payment records, security, and service updates. We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled through PayPal and Stripe, subject to their own privacy policies.

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to My Mirror Club (“My Mirror Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and to each person or business that visits, registers for, purchases from, subscribes to, uploads to, downloads from, contacts, or otherwise uses mymirrorclub.com and related digital products, templates, animations, AI-assisted tools, photo booth features, galleries, guestbook tools, member services, and support services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you use My Mirror Club. It may include:

  • Account and contact information: name, business name, email address, login details, account settings, membership status, and communication preferences.
  • Payment and membership records: selected plan, purchase amount, billing period, payment status, renewal/cancellation status, payment processor transaction IDs, receipts, dispute records, and credit-package records. We do not store full card numbers, bank credentials, or PayPal passwords on our servers.
  • User content: photos, videos, graphics, logos, names, text, prompts, designs, albums, gallery information, event information, guestbook materials, audio files, and other materials you upload, create, edit, publish, or process through the Services.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, session activity, approximate location derived from technical data, error logs, security logs, and timestamps.
  • Support and communication information: emails, contact forms, bug reports, support requests, newsletter preferences, unsubscribe requests, and other messages you send to us.

3. How we use information

My Mirror Club uses information for legitimate business, service, security, legal, and customer-support purposes, including to:

  • Create, maintain, protect, and manage user accounts and memberships.
  • Provide digital access to templates, animations, tools, galleries, downloads, AI-assisted features, and member areas.
  • Process orders, verify payments, manage subscriptions, record cancellations, handle chargebacks, and maintain tax/accounting records.
  • Deliver support, respond to requests, investigate bugs, improve features, and communicate important service updates.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, payment misuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Send newsletters or promotional updates only where permitted and provide unsubscribe options when required.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, preserve evidence, and protect the rights, property, and safety of My Mirror Club, users, and others.

4. Payment processing through PayPal and Stripe

My Mirror Club currently uses PayPal and Stripe for payment processing. We do not use Square for My Mirror Club payment processing. PayPal and Stripe may collect, process, store, verify, and protect payment information under their own privacy policies and legal terms.

When you pay, subscribe, renew, cancel, buy credit packages, or become involved in a payment dispute, PayPal or Stripe may provide My Mirror Club with limited transaction information such as your name, email address, payment amount, currency, payment status, processor transaction ID, subscription status, billing details needed for records, fraud indicators, refund information, and dispute/chargeback evidence.

My Mirror Club uses this processor-provided information to confirm access, record payment history, manage subscriptions, support customers, prevent fraud, respond to payment disputes, and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Because payment processors are independent third parties, their privacy practices, security controls, account decisions, dispute processes, and legal requirements are governed by their own policies and agreements.

5. Cookies, sessions, and similar technology

My Mirror Club may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers, analytics tools, security tools, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, operate the editor and galleries, understand site usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, and prevent abuse.

You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, but some account, editor, payment, membership, gallery, security, or preference features may not work correctly without them.

6. When we share information

My Mirror Club does not sell personal information. We may share information only when reasonably necessary for the Services or permitted by law, including with:

  • Payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe for payments, subscriptions, refunds, fraud checks, and disputes.
  • Service providers that help us host the Website, send email, provide storage, operate software features, secure accounts, process files, analyze errors, or provide customer support.
  • Legal, safety, and enforcement recipients when required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, protect users, prevent fraud, or defend against claims.
  • Business transfer recipients if My Mirror Club is involved in a merger, sale, reorganization, asset transfer, financing, or similar business transaction.
  • People you choose to share with when you publish or share galleries, events, guestbooks, albums, designs, files, or public-facing content through the Services.

7. Uploaded content, galleries, AI tools, and public sharing

You are responsible for the content you upload or create through My Mirror Club and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. Uploaded content may include personal information about you, your clients, event guests, children, businesses, brands, or other people.

We process uploaded content so the Services can work, including storing, rendering, resizing, converting, displaying, backing up, publishing, exporting, and delivering files. If you use AI-assisted features, prompts, images, designs, or related inputs may be processed by trusted service providers as needed to generate or deliver the requested feature.

If you publish, share, email, link, display, or make a gallery, event, album, guestbook, or design public, people with access to that link or page may view the content you chose to share. You should not upload or publish private, confidential, sensitive, illegal, infringing, or unauthorized content.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, support users, process transactions, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and operate backups.

Some information may be kept after account cancellation or deletion when needed for payment records, tax/accounting records, legal claims, fraud prevention, security logs, dispute evidence, backup systems, or compliance obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted in normal operations.

9. Security

My Mirror Club uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No website, payment system, storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, using a secure password, signing out on shared devices, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

10. Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain information, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, or a copy of certain information.

You may update some account information inside your account, unsubscribe from newsletters using the unsubscribe link when provided, or contact us for privacy requests. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some information may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, or service reasons.

11. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for businesses, professionals, event operators, adults, and users old enough to enter into online agreements. Children should not create accounts, make purchases, or submit personal information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement and any required legal consent.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to My Mirror Club without proper consent, contact us so we can review the request.

12. International processing

My Mirror Club may process, store, and transfer information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where our service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, support providers, or technology partners operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your area.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

My Mirror Club may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Website or Services after the updated policy is posted means the updated policy applies going forward.
