Those details are there for an important reason: they demonstrate editable layers.
A preview that says “Michael & Sarah,” “Jessica's Sweet 16,” “Class of 2027” or “ABC Company Holiday Party” is showing how the finished design can look after personalization. The sample information is not permanently locked into the template.
