14 Text Animation Effects
The searchable Text Animation Effects panel makes it easier to preview an effect and apply it to the selected text layer.
The 14 text effects are:
- Vertical Float
- Sway Left-Right
- Pulse
- Heartbeat
- Gentle Rock
- Pop In
- 360 Spin
- Drop Bounce
- Fly In From Left
- Fly In From Right
- Fly In From Top
- Fly In From Bottom
- Soft Flash
- Fast Flash
Text effects can be useful for couple names, dates, birthday messages, event titles, calls to action and Touch to Start instructions. Effects follow the text layer's saved size, position and rotation.
12 Image Animation Effects
Image effects animate the complete image layer, making it possible to add motion to decorations, logos, icons, balloons, pumpkins, transparent PNG artwork and many other visual elements.
The 12 image effects are:
- Fade-In
- Slide
- Zoom In
- Zoom Out
- Pop In
- Pulse
- Heartbeat
- Gentle Rock
- Vertical Float
- Sway Left-Right
- Soft Flash
- Fast Flash
Editor preview and published output
The new effects were developed for both the editor preview and the finished published project. Image movement also respects saved rotation, so a rotated Vertical Float or Sway layer follows its rotated local direction instead of moving only along the fixed canvas direction.
The effects preserve important image-layer behavior, including transparent PNG artwork, saved size, position, rotation, flips, timeline Start and End settings, standard MP4 publishing and supported transparent MOV workflows.
