Your website should work with the tools you already use - not force you to rebuild your business around a new booking platform.
That is why MyMirrorClub Website Builder 2.0 now supports external booking systems and CRM platforms. BoothPal remains our native booking option, but it is not required. If your photo booth business already uses another booking system, CRM, inquiry platform or client portal, you can keep using it and connect it to your MyMirrorClub website.
Your website, your booking system
Some photo booth owners use BoothPal. Others already have a system they know, have configured and may have been using for years. Changing booking software just to launch a new website can create unnecessary work for you and confusion for existing clients.
Website Builder 2.0 is designed to give you a choice. You can use the website's built-in inquiry form, use BoothPal, or select Use an External Booking System / CRM and connect the system that fits your business.
That can include providers such as BoothBook, HoneyBook or another booking and CRM service. The provider name itself is not the important part. If your service gives you booking links, inquiry links, a client portal, a packages page or an embeddable widget, Website Builder 2.0 gives you places to connect them.
Connect the parts of your booking workflow that matter
When External Booking System / CRM is selected, Website Builder 2.0 can be configured with the links and widgets your provider gives you:
- Book Now URL - send visitors directly to your booking or availability page.
- Inquiry Form URL - connect an external lead or inquiry form.
- My Account / Client Portal URL - give existing customers quick access to their client area.
- Packages URL - connect visitors directly to your external packages or pricing page.
- Booking / Inquiry Widget - embed a supported booking or inquiry experience directly into the website.
The goal is simple: your MyMirrorClub website can become the front door to your business while the booking system you already rely on continues doing the job it was built to do.
No booking-platform lock-in
We built BoothPal because tight integration can make setup very easy. When BoothPal is the right fit, MyMirrorClub can provide a more native workflow. But we do not believe using Website Builder 2.0 should require you to move away from another booking platform that is already working for your company.
Website Builder 2.0 does not lock you into BoothPal. You choose the booking workflow that makes sense for your business.
This is especially important for established photo booth companies. Your booking system may already contain customer records, automations, contracts, workflows, invoices, questionnaires and years of business history. A new website should complement that system instead of forcing you to replace it.
Built-in inquiry form when you want to keep things simple
You do not need an external booking platform either. If you select Use This Website Inquiry Form, Website Builder 2.0 keeps the built-in website inquiry workflow active and hides the external booking settings that are not relevant.
If you later decide to connect an external system, you can switch modes and add the links or widget your provider supplies. The setup stays clear because the external controls only appear when External Booking System / CRM is selected.
External widgets without rebuilding your website
Many booking and CRM providers offer more than a simple link. Some provide an iframe, hosted booking page or widget code that allows customers to interact with the booking system while remaining inside your website experience.
Website Builder 2.0 includes a dedicated Booking / Widgets area for this purpose. Supported external widget content is kept separate from the main website so third-party booking code does not need to take over the Website Builder itself.
This gives photo booth owners more freedom to combine MyMirrorClub website design and hosting with the business software they already prefer.
Why we added this
This feature came from a real Website Builder 2.0 customer who already had a booking system and simply wanted to know whether it could be used with their new MyMirrorClub website.
The answer should be yes.
MyMirrorClub continues to grow around the way photo booth owners actually run their businesses. Sometimes that means creating a new native tool. Other times it means making sure our platform works well with tools you already have.
Build the website without changing the rest of your business
If you are considering a new photo booth website but do not want to replace your current booking system, Website Builder 2.0 is designed to give you that flexibility. Keep your booking platform, connect the links and widgets you need, and use MyMirrorClub to build the public website around it.

FAQ: Can I keep my existing booking system?
Yes. If your current provider gives you booking, inquiry, client portal or packages links, you can connect those URLs. Supported widget or embed code can also be added through the Booking / Widgets area.
FAQ: Can I use a booking system other than BoothPal, BoothBook or HoneyBook?
