MyMirrorClub Client Delivery Center gives photo booth owners one beautiful client-facing page for photos, videos, galleries, final files and event links — with event themes, in-page viewers, smart messages, privacy controls and custom backgrounds built around the delivery.
The event is over. The booth is packed away. The client approved the designs, the photos are ready, the video has been edited, and maybe an Event Gallery or Photo Gallery is waiting too. This is usually the point where the final experience gets fragmented: one email for the gallery, another link for the video, a ZIP somewhere else, and extra instructions explaining where everything lives.
That is exactly what the MyMirrorClub Client Delivery Center was built to replace.
One Event. One Beautiful Delivery Page.
The idea is simple: give the client one private link that becomes the home for everything delivered after the event. The page carries the event name, client, date, venue, message, brand name and delivery items in one polished experience instead of sending the client in five different directions.

Example: a wedding Client Delivery page using Right Artwork with a transparent couple PNG, plus an in-page video and Photo Gallery delivery item.
Deliver More Than Downloads
A Client Delivery page can bring together the pieces a booth owner actually needs to hand off after an event:
- Final approved files from a connected Production Hub project.
- MyMirrorClub Event Galleries and Photo Galleries.
- YouTube and Vimeo videos.
- Direct video files such as MP4, WebM or OGG when appropriate.
- Google Drive, Dropbox and other custom links.
- Downloads and additional event resources chosen by the booth owner.
The goal is not to force every event into the same checklist. The owner adds only what that client needs.
The Client Stays Inside the Experience
One of the most important decisions in Client Delivery Center is that supported media should open inside the delivery page whenever possible.
Click a YouTube or Vimeo delivery item and the video opens in a large responsive player over the themed page. Close it and the client is immediately back where they started. MyMirrorClub Event Gallery and Photo Gallery links can open in the same large in-page viewer rather than sending the client away to another disconnected tab.
Downloads still download normally, and genuinely external resources can open separately when needed. But the themed delivery page remains the client's home base.
Event-Aware Delivery Themes
A wedding should not look like a corporate gala. A baby shower should not look like Prom. A Graduation delivery should not look like Halloween. Client Delivery Center uses the selected event type to create a different atmosphere around the same clean delivery portal.
Wedding
Wedding deliveries can use an elegant photographic scene with flowers, fabric, petals, rings and romantic detail while the actual client content remains clean and readable.
Birthday
Birthday uses a brighter celebration environment with dimensional balloons, confetti and party energy.
Corporate Event
Corporate deliveries move into a premium event-production environment with stage lighting, architectural depth and a conference or gala atmosphere.
Baby Shower — Boy & Girl
Baby Shower is split into two dedicated choices instead of forcing every client into one generic style. Boy uses softer blue, ivory and complementary baby-event elements. Girl blends soft pink and purple tones with its own premium decorative scene.
Quinceañera
Quinceañera receives a richer ballroom-inspired look with plum tones, rose-gold accents, elegant lighting and subtle XV details.
Graduation
Graduation uses a midnight navy and gold ceremony atmosphere with spotlights, academic accents, diploma and graduation-cap details.
Prom
Prom shifts into a glamorous formal-night scene with deep purple tones, hanging lights, spotlight energy and dance-night detail.
Engagement
Engagement stays romantic without becoming a copy of Wedding, using a lighter champagne, blush and botanical celebration atmosphere.
Holiday Themes
Holiday / Seasonal was intentionally split into useful real-world choices instead of one generic holiday background: Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas / New Year. Each receives its own atmosphere and matching recommended client message.
Upload Your Own Background
Not every event fits a built-in category. A booth owner may have a sports event, casino night, tropical party, branded activation, school celebration, custom wedding concept or client artwork that deserves to become part of the delivery page.
Client Delivery Center therefore supports a Custom Background without turning the page into another complicated editor.
The owner uploads one JPG, PNG or WebP and chooses the way it should be displayed:
- Full Background fills the complete canvas and is ideal for a landscape composition designed with open space behind the portal.
- Left Artwork keeps the complete image visible and anchors it to the left.
- Right Artwork keeps the complete image visible and anchors it to the right.
Left and Right Artwork are especially useful with transparent PNG cutouts. A photographer can place the bride and groom on one side of the page while leaving the Client Delivery portal readable beside them. The wedding example above uses exactly that idea.
Smart Client Messages Without the Extra Click
Even a simple thank-you message becomes repetitive when events happen every week. Client Delivery includes one-click message styles such as Warm Thank You, Elegant & Polished, Fun & Friendly, Short & Simple, Professional, and Memories & Gratitude, plus an event-aware Recommended message.
Select a message style and the text appears immediately. Edit anything and MyMirrorClub automatically treats it as a Custom Message. The owner remains in control, but repetitive writing becomes optional.
Connected to Production Hub — But Never Required
Client Delivery works perfectly as a standalone tool. A booth owner can create a delivery for any client without using another MyMirrorClub workflow.
When the event is already connected to the MyMirrorClub Production Hub, the workflow becomes even more connected. Client and event details can carry into Client Delivery, and approved Production Hub projects can expose a fresh Final Files ZIP based on the latest approved published Workspace outputs.
That creates a natural workflow:
Client request → design/editing → client proof → approval → final files → event preparation → client delivery.
Production Hub handles the creative production process. Event Preflight helps the owner verify equipment and setup before leaving for the event. Client Delivery Center handles the polished handoff after the event.
Event Gallery Is Optional, Not a Requirement
MyMirrorClub already includes a full Event Gallery workflow with QR access, guest uploads, gallery themes and event controls. Client Delivery does not replace that feature.
Instead, Event Gallery becomes one possible delivery item. If the event has one, include it. If it does not, leave it out. The same applies to Photo Gallery, videos, final files and external links.
Privacy, Delivery Status and Client Control
Some events only need a private high-entropy link. Others need another layer of protection. Client Delivery can be password protected when required.
The owner can also keep a delivery as Draft, move it to Ready, and later mark it Delivered. The public page remains intentionally client-focused while the account side keeps the operational controls.
A Cleaner Manage Delivery Workspace
As Client Delivery Center grew, the owner-facing Manage Delivery screen was reorganized into strong MyMirrorClub red accordion sections instead of one long settings page.
Sections such as Event Details, Message to Client, Delivery Background, Production Hub Connection, Delivery Items & Links, Delivery Status, Privacy and destructive controls can be opened only when needed.
If Production Hub is not being used, the owner sees a compact Production Hub Connection — Standalone bar instead of a large block of irrelevant settings. The same principle applies across the page: keep the workflow visible without forcing every control to stay open.
Admin Visibility Across the Workflow
MyMirrorClub Admin can also monitor adoption of the newer workflow tools. Production Hub, Event Preflight and Client Delivery each have dedicated Admin usage views showing which members are using them and the current project or delivery state.
This is important because the goal is not only to build features, but to understand which ones are genuinely useful to working booth owners.
Why Client Delivery Center Matters
Photo booth software often focuses almost entirely on what happens during the event. Running a real photo booth company involves much more: client requests, design revisions, approvals, equipment preparation, event-day execution, galleries, video, downloads, final artwork and follow-up.
Client Delivery Center is part of MyMirrorClub's larger direction toward that complete workflow.
It is not simply a prettier download page. It is a way to make the last interaction the client has with the booth company feel as professional as the first.
One Event. One Link. One Finished Experience.
Your client should not need to search old emails to find their photos. They should not need one link for the gallery, another for the video and another for the final files.
Give them one page. Make it look like their event. Put everything they need inside it. Let the final delivery become part of the experience.
That is MyMirrorClub Client Delivery Center.
FAQ: Can Client Delivery work without Production Hub?
Yes. Client Delivery Center can be used completely standalone. Production Hub is optional and only adds connected event/project information and approved final-file delivery when it is already part of the owner's workflow.
FAQ: Can I use my own background instead of a built-in event theme?
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP and use Full Background, Left Artwork or Right Artwork. Transparent PNG artwork is especially useful when you want a client or event subject visible beside the delivery portal.
FAQ: Do videos and MyMirrorClub galleries open inside the delivery page?
Supported YouTube, Vimeo and direct video links can open in the in-page viewer. MyMirrorClub Event Gallery and Photo Gallery links can also open in the same large viewer so the client can stay inside the delivery experience.
FAQ: Can a Client Delivery page be password protected?
Yes. Password protection is optional. The owner can use a private link by itself or add a password when the event or client requires another layer of privacy.
